I conduct a series of in-depth interviews to gather feedback and then debrief with you on the insights gathered. It’s an opportunity for you to reflect. It’s a chance for your team and your Board (if you wish) to provide feedback, knowing that it will be presented back to you by an expert in an aggregated and constructive way.
