My role includes asking the difficult questions that teams often avoid. Questions about power dynamics, unspoken assumptions, competing priorities, and the gap between stated values and actual decision-making.

Our work together unfolds over time through regular coaching sessions, offsites, and targeted workshops on topics including decision-making, conflict, prioritisation, accountability and role clarity. Between sessions, I provide tools, resources, and support to help integrate these changes into your everyday work.
